The vessel should comply with security level of the port (if it's higher then the vessel's security level). See ISPS Code A/7.6.  The Liberian Administration will publish security levels related threats to Liberian vessels themselves not based on geographical regions. In most cases, the vessels have the most accurate, up to date information through the agent, harbor Master, or other port authorities. We do not expect to receive information about the reason or the period of the threat alert.
