The Maritime Labour Convention (MLC)
The Liberian Registry is the only Registry which provides MLC, 2006 Ship Verification and Certification services through its own professionally trained global network of auditors. These same lead auditors also perform a large percentage of Liberia’s unique “Harmonized Audits” which includes the Annual Flag State Inspection, ISM and ISPS verifications and MLC inspections for the Liberian fleet, providing owners and operators with leading quality service in a single ship visit.

Combined Block Fee Agreement
The Liberian Registry is offering shipowners and ship managers a choice to enter into Block Fee Agreements with competitive pricing, which will cover verification and certification for compliance with the 2006 Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), the International Safety Management (ISM), and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Codes.
