The Seafarer Electronic Application (SEA) System is the Liberian Registry's fully digital platform for submitting, processing and issuing seafarer documents worldwide. Integrated within the Seafarer Portal, it serves as the application engine of the Registry's digital ecosystem, providing Authorized Filing Agents with a secure and efficient application environment.
