Integrated within the Seafarer Portal, it serves as the application engine of the Registry's digital ecosystem, providing Authorized Filing Agents with a secure and efficient application environment.
Crew360 is the compliance component of the Registry's digital seafarer services ecosystem. Integrated within the Seafarer Portal and SEA System, it applies enhanced vetting and verification checks to seafarer applications before credentials are issued, strengthening the integrity of Liberian-issued documentation while maintaining efficient processing for authorized users.
SEA360 enables the secure electronic delivery and mobile access of official seafarer documents within the Liberian Registry’s digital ecosystem. As a pioneering initiative in mobile-based electronic document accessibility, it supports a modern, secure, and globally accessible approach to seafarer certification.
The Filing Agent Program is a centralized hub within the Seafarer Portal that enables Authorized Filing Agents to manage applications, users, and compliance requirements in one secure platform. Integrated with SEA System for application processing, the program also supports key administrative functions, including vessel reporting, affiliate management and annual Self-Assessment compliance.
The Medical Certification Program provides authorized medical practitioners with a secure platform to issue and manage Liberian medical certificates in compliance with STCW, MLC, and Liberian Maritime Regulations. Integrated within the Seafarer Portal, it enables secure medical certificate issuance and management while strengthening oversight and regulatory compliance.
The Maritime Training Center Program supports training providers in delivering courses aligned with STCW and Liberian Maritime Regulations. Through the Seafarer Portal, it facilitates the review and approval of training courses, ensuring the integrity and recognition of training completed for Liberian certification.
